Storyline

Shinichi runs away from his problems and the people he fears. When Shinichi prays to the great Kawakami oak tree for courage, he is plunged into ancient feudal Japan. He awakens in the province of Kasuga, in the midst of a battle. It is there he meets the great warrior samurai, called the Demon Ijiri. Ijiri is a worthy adversary in battle, but he proves to be a less successful lover.

HWANG JIN YI 2007

Plot :
The story follows Hwang Jin Yi, a kisaeng who lived in 16th century Korea. Hwang Jin-Yi was a beautiful, talented and intelligent young woman who was able to read and write well, but because she was an illegitimate child, she had no other recourse but to become a kisaeng where she used her position to gain favor with the noble classes.

GOEMON 2009

Plot :

Goemon is a 2009 Japanese historical fantasy film written and directed by Kazuaki Kiriya. It is loosely based on the story of Ishikawa Goemon, a legendary outlaw hero who stole valuables from the rich and gave them to the poor. The film is a fictional account of Goemon's exploits and his role during the final phase of Japanese civil war, especially the conflict leading to its decisive Battle of Sekigahara. With the use of over 2,500 visual effects, the director of Casshern mixes action with Japanese history and folklore into a film evocative of the classic Robin Hood-style tale.

Plot :
Shuang Long Ji/Legend of Twin Dragons (tentative) originally planned for release this summer, has been barred from theatrical screenings in Mainland on the grounds of its violence. The director does not wish to alter the film as it would affect the plot and continuity. It's possible that it will go straight to video instead. On the hand, Universe Films is trying to sort things out with the Mainland censors.

13 ASSASSINS 2010

Plot
In Feudal Japan the era of the samurai is waning. The sadistic young Lord Naritsugu rapes and kills at will. No one can touch him because he is the former Shogun's younger brother and thus above the law. A senior government official realizes the situation will become more dangerous after Naritsugu ascends to a higher political position. After a wronged party publicly commits seppuku, a trusted older samurai, Shinzaemon, is secretly hired to assassinate Naritsugu.
